downtown/sacramento is in major need of more vegeterian resturaunts. I would go.

i think its a fucking awesome idea. i was raised in restaurants and cook at the natural food coop now. please keep us up to date on your plans. i see it as something the community could really get behind.

we'd totally be interested and probably could snag up a few folks to go regularly!

Yes, but keep it clean. We have had some pretty creepy ones come into downtown/midtown in the past. Post something when you open up :)

We were just out for a bike ride and breakfast today and I was lamenting that we do not have a great restaurant like the Gravity bar in Sacramento. I am not sure if you know the Gravity bar, but it is a vegetarian restaurant and juice bar in Seattle. There juices were all made with organic produce and they could make just about anything. My favorite was orange, pineapple. Something like Jamba juice is just not the same. The GB also had tons of vegetarian dishes. One of my favoriets was the RV1 (several types of steamed veggies, tofu and brown rice). I always felt healthy and happy after leaving the Gravity bar. I would love to have a restaurant like that in Sac.

I think this would be great, Treja. I am a foodie, and I have yet to find a veggie/vegan restaurant in midtown. And I'm one omnivore who doesn't mind food WITHOUT meat, so you can bet I'd eat there! I used to be a sous chef in an organic/veggie restaurant, so hit me up if you need any info.

I'm not a veggie per say. But I'd go if it was good.
